Privacy Policy — Internal Bank Data Integration

This page describes how Meatdryer Sweden AB handles data in connection with an internal software integration that reads the company's own bank account information. It is published solely to satisfy the registration requirements of our account information service provider and is not directed at customers or the general public.

Scope of the integration

The integration is private and internal. It accesses only bank accounts belonging to Meatdryer Sweden AB, explicitly linked by an authorised representative of the company using strong customer authentication (BankID). No third party, customer or external user can access the application or the data it retrieves.

What data is processed

Account identifiers, balances and transaction records (date, amount, currency, counterparty reference and description) for the company's own bank accounts. No personal data relating to customers, website visitors or any other individual is collected through this integration.

Purpose and legal basis

The sole purpose is internal accounting automation — matching payment transactions to their supporting documentation for bookkeeping. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the company in maintaining accurate accounting records, and compliance with the Swedish Bokföringslagen.

Where data is stored

Retrieved data is stored in Google Firebase / Google Cloud Platform, in data centres located within the European Union. Access is restricted to authorised representatives of Meatdryer Sweden AB.

Sharing

Data is not sold, published, or shared with any third party, other than the company's appointed accounting firm and accounting system in the ordinary course of bookkeeping, and where required by law.

Retention

Transaction data is retained for as long as required by Swedish accounting legislation, and deleted thereafter.

Revocation

Account access consent is granted for a limited period and can be withdrawn at any time, either through the bank or by deleting the integration.
